Research Coordinator

As research coordinator of the INM-7 my main responsibilities are:

• Providing support in the initiation of research projects by preparing appropriate third-party and grant applications, reports and long-term research strategies
• Organizational support for projects/research projects funded by third parties
• Supporting the institute's scientists in the preparation of reports, in particular within the framework of the "Human Brain Project”
• Assistance in the technical and content-related preparation of project-relevant events/meetings (e.g. meetings with internal and external cooperation partners, guest visits, press conferences, conferences, workshops, assessments and committee meetings) and
• Supporting the cooperation with other institutes/institute divisions of the Research Centre Jülich, the HGF and universities

In addition I also do PR work including

• support in the production of PR material and
• maintenance of the institute’s website, Twitter account and the institute’s blog.
