  • Machine learning

In my research, I focus on the association between the individual differences in brain imaging data and the individual differences in phenotypes and behaviors, and how this association can be affected by multiple factors. For example, from the perspective of data quality, I am interested in how the estimated associations are affected by different preprocessing strategies. From the covariates point of view, I explore the questions of whether the behavioral prediction model obtained from the whole population is fair for different subgroups (e.g. different races), and how each covariate (e.g. education) interacts with the prediction process. Furthermore, I will also focus on the prediction of multiple mental disorders using multi-site datasets.
