Impressions of the Düsseldorf-Jülich Symposium on Neurodegenerative Diseases 2015

On October 29/30, 2015, the first Düsseldorf-Jülich Symposium on Neurodegenerative Diseases was held at Haus der Universität in Düsseldorf under the theme of "Meeting the challenges of Alzheimer's Disease: from basic science to clinical translation".

With 12 talks and more than 30 scientific posters the symposium offered insights from a wide spectrum of fields.

We thank all speakers, poster presenters and participants for their contributions and engaging discussions, the President of Heinrich Heine University, Prof. Anja Steinbeck, for opening the symposium and the team of the Haus der Universität for outstanding support!
