Recruiting identifies highly qualified professionals on the internal and external job market and, using systematic selection procedures, clarifies whether the candidates meet the requirements of the advertised position.

Our range of tasks includes:

• Support of internal clients in requirements analyses
• Support in creating job advertisement texts and their internal and external publication on suitable media platforms
• Administration of and correspondence with applicants by means of an electronic applicant management program
• Organization and coordination of candidate interviews
• Identification of suitable selection instruments
• Preparation of selection procedures, coordinated with internal clients
• Participation in and if necessary moderation of candidate interviews
• Documentation of the selection decision and implementation of subsequent processes
