Forschungszentrum Jülich is one of three Helmholtz centres to receive funding for joint European research projects as part of the Helmholtz European Partnering programme. IAS-5/INM-9 and INM-5 will work in collaboration with Italy’s Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) to set up a neuropharmacology research platform with the aim of creating new drugs for neurological diseases.
