A week-long full-time course of the Universities of Cologne and Wuppertal, together with the institutes for energy and climate research (IEK -7 (Stratosphere) and IEK -8 (Troposphere)) of the Forschungszentrum Jülich.
It takes place ANNUALLY in Jülich and will be announced by special notice.

DATAR -- Data science Aspects and Tools in Atmospheric Research
A three-days course on "Data science Aspects and Tools in Atmospheric Research" containing theory and hand-on-sessions organized by the institute for energy and climate research (IEK -8 (Troposphere)) of the Forschungszentrum Jülich in cooperation with the institute for energy and climate research (IEK -7 (Stratosphere)), the Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC) and invited speakers.
It takes place from November 12th – 14th, 2018 in Jülich.
