Following the recertification audit on 20 February 2020, ZB was certified for its competence and efficiency in the areas of “library, information management, bibliometrics, language, and scientific publishing services”. A number of ZB’s procedures were optimized for its customers and will also continue to be subject to an ongoing improvement process.
