Signal cascade at the synapse
Neurotransmitters binding to their target receptors trigger complex cascades. Our institute modeling of the cascade includes the use of chemical kinetics, which is very effective, the modeling of the synapse proteome, and the mesoscale modeling, which adds a spatiotemporal resolution.
